Hugging this character: Yes, provided he has no reason to think of the other person as a threat. Depending on the relationship, he can go anywhere from stuttering to growling. If he does find them threatening, it's pretty likely to get a sharp response.
Kissing this character: Yes, if the CR works out that way, with the same conditions as above. He's likely to get very flustered; the kid has probably never been on a date.
Flirting with this character: Mmhm. If it does get a response, it'll be one of avoidance.
